250 gm cream cheese
80 gm butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
60 gm flour
20 gm cornflour
120 gm castor sugar
1/2 lemon juice & rind
1. Cream the cheese, butter & half of the sugar
2. Add in egg yolks, one at a time.
3. Add in vanilla essence, lemon juice, rind & flour.
4. Beat egg whites with the remaining sugar till stiff. Add to creamed mixture.
5. Pour into loose base tin & steam bake for about 45 mins at 200 C
